I ordered the free trial and was told I could cancel within 14 days after i recieved but when I call the 800 number I redirected and can not cancel. They have already charged my credit card for the next month and I do not need this product. Please help me my card end in 7512 and the trial was mailed to 1544 south belvoir, south euclid 44121. Please cancell all orders and refund my card. I have been trying to cancel but keep getting a recording and will not allow me to cancel.
