Several months past, Slim Fast, had a major recall on its diet drink. Previously a case of twenty-four cans were purchased Two calls were made and a lady talked to me both times. She stated that it would be two to three weeks in processing my claim. Later on recalling Slim Fast a prerecorded tape pops on...nothing but ramblings with no mention as to my inquiry.
