I first want to start this off by saying I'm a (loyal/was) Disney family vacation traveler. I'm currently staying at the Caribbean Beach resort and had issues from check which was never confirmed with us which put my family and I resorting to squatting in a dirty room until I could find anyone to help us. We arrived at 12pm on property and didn't get a room until after 6pm and that was only because I had to hike to the front office to try to get a honest answer as to why it takes us 5 hours to check into a room..next issue... read full review »
