In Nov 08 I decided to try and get my interest rate reduced by submitting a workable solutions package. I was told it would take approx 45 days for a response. I am still waiting. On Friday, Dec 19, 2008 I received an "Urgent" UPS overnight envelope from Cititmortgage asking me to immediately contact them about a new "loan modification" program available to customers.
