Cox has shut-down my bulk emailing (to clients) without notice or message. The "service" has been down for 5 days now. I've spoken to 2 people on the phone over the last four days, and had online contact as well. No explaination, no help whatsoever. I was forced by Cox to switch to a more-expensive business program (explaining that I needed to email a lot of people). I was assured that would not be a problem.
