I don't complain about companies--I try to give the benefit of the doubt. But I resent the way I was treated by this one. When I signed up, I gave them my credit card number, my phone number, and my email. I thought the payment would be automatically made each month. When I went to put some of my belongings in storage, I found a new lock on the unit. I called the customer service line and leanred that my account was past due!
