As other reviewers have mentioned, this company is very defensive if it is suggested that a mistake could be on their end. Also, they do constantly offer the same products over and over again. When choosing products to offer, they do not take shipping costs into account, so often there does not end up being very much of a discount. Especially since they will usually only get off season products or colors that do not sell well.
