Well it all started about a month ago when my fiance purchased a custom license plate from then, finally after a month we received it, their customer service is HORRIBLE, it took me a WHOLE day to get a hold of someone as I caught the secretary in numerous lies and this is just the beginning, we received the plate today and the vinyl is peeling from all edges, there is numerous air bubbles, and the lettering is not centered correctly.
