I signed up for the Verizon Triple Play bundle back in mid-April. I was entitled to a land-line, internet, and Directv with this package. Needless to say, I regret the decision to sign up with Verizon ever since. From day one, I have had nothing but trouble. When the Directv technicians showed up to my house to install service, we discovered the Verizon representative (Yvonne S.) that took my original order messed up the information.
