My friend bought a set of four tires from Pep Boys in April of 2010. Three weeks later, she was having brake problems and returned to Grease Monkey, Inc. (Pep Boys). She was told that rear brakes were needed. When she asked why the brakes weren't checked when they had the wheels off anyway, she was told that the tires were replaced by a "Technician" who wasn't able to check brakes.
