I ordered a used green fender for five times the cost of a new primed fender because I thought it was more convenient than spending $250 to have one painted. They took the order (with a verbal guarantee) knowing that they were shipping a different product than ordered, because once they get the credit card company’s money they can hold onto it forever, or if too much fuss, give half of it back without penalty.
