Im writing to express I felt Zara at Maidstone Branch UK have treated me in an unacceptable, unreasonable and unfair manner. On 22 June 2010 (Tuesday), Ive brought an unwanted skirt to exchange for other goods whilst I reached to the till, I have noticed there was no receipt to be presented.
