My husband and I purchased a home at auction from Stephen Zedd Auctioneer. Mr. Zedd advertised and sold this property at 2.78 acres. He continued to advertise the property as sold at 2.78 acres weeks after the sale. His website and literature the day of the sale all attest to this.The survey and appraisal showed the property was actually 1.2 acres, less than 1/2 the size as represented by Mr. Zedd. His misrepresentation of the actual size of the property resulted in considerable loss of appraised value and financial loss to us. read full review »
