It started in the beginning when I opened my account in September of 2009. I was told by the representative that I would be getting a credit card for $500 that would cover NSF fees and that it came with my VIP checking account. Everything has been fine until yesterday when I needed that credit to be there and find out that it isn't. I've never overdrawn my account so I never knew it was a problem.
