Another customer service problem for DirecTV. Spoke with four different representatives today between 'sales' and 'customer service'. Both calls ended with disconnects while on hold (representative put me on hold, and then after a time, I simply get a dial tone without them returning). I actually told the last one that was what had happened after getting transferred to two different people who couldn't help me the first time, and that she couldn't underperform her predecessors.
