I purchased 2 tickets on 4/21/10 for a concert that was canceled. The amt of $24.04 was refunded to me. I also purchased 2 tickets on 4/21/10 for the same concert, the amount was $28.54 and after numerous requests for a refund for this amount, I have been totally ignored, no phone call have not been returned. I will never use Etix again because of the totally lousy service I have received from them. read full review »
