Hired Macale to redo bathroom, remove old flooring and install new floor. After 3 days of demo, owner decides to charge an extra $2500.00 for effort because "They installed the old floor correctly". After 4 weeks finally done, floor is uneven, has voids underneath wood panels, and cut carpeting short so it doesn't meet the threshold and hasn't returned or even called to correct issue. read full review »
