I contacted the owner, subsequently, by e to discuss the matter and he chose not to reply. I purchased a bracelet for my wife and the wires unraveled. I brought it back and they repaired it at no cost but acknowledged that it was the artist's work which was less than ideal. Some time later, the same issue arose and I brought the product back. They would not address it and offered as an explanation that their records were unavailable and the manufacturer was not evident to them. Vacations Made Easy

My wife received a telephone call from a sales representative at their company asking her if she wished to confirm the request for the cruise in Quebec City I initiated on their web site. Unfortunately for me, she was unaware of my desire to surprise her for her birthday holiday in QC. I am quite disappointed in their aggressive follow up method.
