WATERLOO GARDENS SELLS DESIGNS AND MERCHANDISE STOLEN FROM DALLAS ARTISTS AND CRAFTSPEOPLE! This store was notified several times, along with info on how the con artists at Dallas-based criminal operation Design Legacy work, that they are carrying and selling designs and merchandise stolen from hard-working Dallas area artists and craftspeople over the last five years.
