First data sales reps promised the lowest rates, which they are not did speak of any contract length requirements. When the first anniverisary of service came up, I asked to terminate contract, they stated I had a two year contract. Then in may 2010 they state my contract expired on June 25th I contacted them and suddenly they state ll they have is 3 year contracts. They must submit for a contract review.
