There was a charge on my credit card for $78.84 that was not authorized by me. I used live chat with person screen name as Andrew. He typed that he would cancel my account and that I could keep the free bottle of colon xr, which I thought meant that my account would be credited back the $78.84 since I cancelled the account and never received any additional items. They never sent the email to confirm either and now I can't reach anyone via the number from my statement. read full review »
