Weeks ago, in desperation with a a medical problem, I asked a medical question/I was told the money would be on deposit and I would pay only if I was satisified with anwswer. I never got an answer-since then, we have had two family members become unemployed and I've been out with a medical problem. My bank account was debited $25.00 but I got nothing for it-now I need the MONEY. I tried to send them an e-mail but it would not go. PLEASE HELP. read full review »
