I ordered a Video Professor CD. When I got it I checked my online bank statement, I was also charged $3.88 for something (not listed) from Google Tree on the same date. I recognized the name Google and assumed it was some charge from them. That was on 2-2-09. This morning I got curious and did a search of Google Tree. Too late!! This morning before the banks were even open, Google Tree charged my account with an additional $72.21. I was at the bank at 9am when the doors opened and filed a claim. They canceled my card and I have to wait 10 to 14 days for a new one. Something has to be done about these people. read full review »
