I cancelled my internet with Time Warner and returned my motem to their store around of 3/20/2010. The attendant said I would receive a check in the mail for the credit balance in and did not have to do anything further. However, it is now 6/28/10 (about 14weeks) and I have not received the check for the money owed to me. I called Time Warner and the customer service rep told me that it takes 4 to 6 weeks to receive reimbursements owed. I asked her if my check "fell though the cracks, " and she said yes.
