I received a call today from 888-584-0083, the customer service rep wanted me to pay $1.99 for S&H to receive at free Grant CD. However, I informed them I didn't feel comfortable just giving them my information over the phone and that since they had my email address they should forward me an email to process my request so that I'd have a paper trace.
