I am extremely disappointed with the post purchase services of eureka. I had purchased the REVIVA RO in the month of sept 09. I have already lodged the complaint almost one month back. the people at eureka told me that our service engineers will take care or ur ro product, with in the warranty period.After warranty period ??????????.Hopeless customer service i have ever seen.
