Buyer beware of their domain registration policy. The industry standard if you want to cancel a domain is to let it expire. It will go into redemption and you have a way to retrieve it, or let it expire--then you can buy it again. However, they have a contract that does not cancel the domain name, but keeps it renewed and then charges you for it (even if your card is expired).
