This site is terrible. The customer service is terrible. I once bought an item while there was a "shipping glitch" and was never offered a refund for the extra money they got off me. After complaining about this issue, I was banned on the facebook page, later the page forum (the playground) and had numerous emails regarding these issues ignored. I have always acted in a professional manner while contacting them (something which is not true of their customer service reps. This company is not worth dealing with at all!
