I just tried to cancel my security system (originally from pinnacle security but was bought by Castle Rock) and apparently it renews AUTOMATICALLY after 3 years if you don't provide written notice. The customer service representative was terrible and very rude. I called 3 months ago to try and cancel and they said I would have to pay the rest of my contract. They said just to call back at the end of my contract and cancel. They said NOTHING about having a 30 day written notice to cancel OR the 1 year automatic renewal. I will be contacting the BBB and have already contacted a lawyer. This company is out of line and needs to be punished. read full review »
