I contacted this company twice. One transaction cleared and because I didn't call within 7 days, I was told it would not be refunded. The first time I didn't realize they were taking out a second transaction that caused my account to go into the red. I contacted the BBB about this company and filed a complaint. I then proceeded to talk with the CS dpt about refunding my transaction that occurred and I was told that it was not possible. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND A FRAUD BEWARE OF IT. read full review »
