I ordered a birth certificate for my mother. I paid $51.95, and it arrived 2 days later but her first name and middle name were misspelled. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of them. I have sat for hours on the phone waiting to get through to customer service. I have emailed them many times and they do not respond. I am frantic to get a passport but they have no customer service department. I was ripped off for $51.95. read full review »
