My mother (72) did not realize she was behind on her gas until the guy showed up in the yard to cut it off. She only owed $101 and he told her to just pay it over the internet and the confirmation would show in his truck. She immediately paid it and he came back later and cut the gas. She called Stream and they told her that it was her fault because she did not call them to let them know she had paid. She told them that she only did what the guy told her.
