We bought 3 Roundtree & Yorke T-shirts at Dillard's. My husband tried them on new, w/tags on, they fit. Before wearing any clothes I wash them; after that initial laundering, these 3 T-'s shrank to almost a size less, an XL was now almost a Large. I took them back to Dillard's but they refused to take them back. Company policy on returns or exchanges is only to do that when the items are in the original condition.
