Benchmark Financial group refused to refund the sum of $783 being down payment for a vehicle lease agreement they reneged on. Benchmark Financial promised us a refund via email, but 3 days later, recanted their pledge and instead demanded we sign a new, more expensive agreement. This is unethical and un-becoming for a business to hold you to ransom and demand you enter into transactions at gun point. read full review »
