I bought a sweater from Arden B. and the dye bled on my Coach bag. I got the run around and was directed to many different people. When I finally sent pictures, the receipt for the bag and a letter from the dry cleaners I took it to that wouldn't even try to clean it they flat out ignored me. I tried emailing and calling the people who I was in contact with and nothing. I can't believe how unprofessional they are and will never shop there again and will pass this message along to anyone who will listen. read full review »
