This jewelry repair shop is average to below average in the quality of it's work. I recently had 3 rings resized by them on the same order. And even though I determined the size using the sizers that they had, the rings ended up really too small. When I picked up my rings and found how tight they were, speaking In a conversational tone, I made mention of the fact that the rings weren't sized how I ordered them.
