I went to FYE on june 25 of this year to buy a "michael jackson ultimate collection" album. I passed up Best Buy, Wal-mart, and plenty of other stores just to come to this particular store. I was amazed at the lack of customer service and how rude the employees were. I called the store first to ask if they would just look to see if the item was in the store and they told me no!!!
