Almost too much to detail. Bought a Profile refrigerator about 5 years agoo. Had multiple problems. Terrible rumbling noise that was intermittant. Service came out three times for $100+ each time to no avail. Finally oredered a new part that was a change and noise stopped. Then the cooling was affected. We had two instances of frozen food runined by high tewmperatures. We again had service where the service person defrosted the frost free refrigerator and it worked for awhile.
