The company always sends you what you pay for but they sell the knives faster than they can make them so it takes them three months for us to get them ! I amdelighted with the product. It is true that they are harder to contact but I am happy. The knives are sharp. Just be careful to use them on an approved board and do not use them for chopping. handle with care and they wil last a life time. 2-3 months. read full review »
