Sorry to tell you this, but in addition to taking over 4 weeks to get here, the headset that your company sent me is not what I ordered. I need the headset described in the ad, with a USB jack. You sent me one with two mike jacks. The one you sent me is a cheap, throw-away unit, the kind they sell in airplanes for $1. I have since bought the headset I needed at a local store, so can you refund my money please?
