I made a reservation fully paid with BOOK IN HOTELS for 4 nights in the Rome Columbus Hotel, reservation No. BKH-700554-219210 from Aug 10, 2009 to Aug 13, 2009. This company cancelled our reservation with no reason on Aug 05, 2009, they send me an e-mail saying they were going to refund to my credit card the $589.33 EUR I paid. At this time I haven't received any money, I sent them many e-mails, they never answered and now it seams this company have disappeared. This company have cheated on many people all over the world.
