My complaint is that I was there visiting my sister, and I parked on the street where I was suppose to park, and when I went to leave to come back home to san diego that night, I had a ticket on my window. I was only there to visit and I where was I suppose to get a permit to park on the street when I don't even live there. I don't think that is right, and I should not have to pay for this ticket.
