I bought two majicjacks in 2008. I used one and renew it last year in 2009. This year I learned there are Canadian number available. I knew there is a 10 dollars a year charge to use a Canadian number. I also knew I can change my number for the first time for free. I contacted an agent through a live chat. She told me to extend the license first and then I can change my number. When I wanted to change my number I realized I am charged 4.95 USD for changing it in addition to the 10 USD yearly fee for using a Canadian number. I protested... read full review »
