Just the other day I had Empire Today come to lay my kitchen floor...To start...the first installers came and did not know that we had decided for them to do the sub-floor...we were advised that it was an additional cost...Spoke to the salesman...It was a misunderstanding and there is an additional charge...ok...so we settled on a price...another set of installers came the next day... they did the sub-floor and the vinyl flooring... it looked great... the other day I noticed that a section was uplifting...the installer came back today...tapped... read full review »
