I originally applied for loan modification in March 2010. After 3 months of being "shined-off", given the general runaround, having to refax documents that were in the original application and given misinformation on several occassions by phone agents OWB suddenly decided that my loan "type" didn't qualify for the program. Really??? Why didn't they say this back in March or April before I spent $30-$40 dollars in faxing documents so some lame putz could sit on the documents until the information was "stale"... read full review »
