I have a refrigerator that I purchased from Sears and I purchased the service contract. Three weeks ago it broke down, and I called to schedule a service appointment. I took off from work the date of the appointment and receieved a phone call at 5:00 that afternoon informing me that they would have to cancel my appointment.
