XM satellite Radio has requested I pay for service I did not sign up for. I paid for original services outside the free service offered with a new car (3months), up to a certain date (1yr paid in advance). After a phone call requesting why I have been reported to they're debt collection services, they say it is because of a "company policy" that states they extend service for two months after what was originally agreed upon and paid for.
