I received a letter from AT&T, my land line, Internet and cell phone provider, saying that I have an overdue bill for $130 for UVerse, what I think is its bundled TV-Phone-Internet service, that I NEVER ordered! I didn't even owned a TV for the past 3 years. Not to mention, months ago they sent me a letter telling me that I had to pay in advance for my bills because I was late making payments, which doesn't make any sense since I am enrolled in Autopay. And, I own a iPhone that I use only to browse the Internet since it is impossible to make a call without being disconnected for no reason. read full review »

City of Boston - Office of the Parking Clerck

Today at about 12:45 I called the office of the Parking Clerck at the number on their website - (617) 635-4410 - to have information on a ticket that I found on my online account and but not on my car and for a late ticket fee. The person who answered the phone was extremely unpolite and aggressive for no reason. I asked information on how to appeal for a ticket (I didn't understand why I got it) and I asked what was the process and what would happen. Do I have just to complete a form? Go to court? What?
