My complaint is the same as all the rest I've read about Liberty. They charged me $34.19 and I did not authorize it. I am the only authorized name on this account! They used the information someone put in applying for an online loan and turned the $34.19 into a check #9513. Had I known about it in time, my bank could have stopped payment or returned it unpaid, but of course, I did not know about it. This put me in an overdraft situation.
