I made a service request and was told I needed my service agreemant number, which I never received; guardsman mailed me the request forms; In the mean time I called Haverty's where I purchased the furniture and she gave me a number and put the warranty in the mail. Guardsman denied my claim, because I have 5 days to make the claim; which I did not know because I didn't have the actual warranty, nor was I told that when I purchased the warranty.
